Inter-class Quiz Competition

Monday, 02-03-2020: Department of Economics has organised an Inter-Class Quiz competition in New Campus on the topic General Indian Economy, Union Budget 2020-21 and Economic Survey 2019-20.

In this competition, 10 groups consisting of three students each participated from various class, viz. B.Com (H), BBA, M.Com. and M.A. Economics. Ms. Shivani Bansal, Ms. Priyanka and Ms. Shalu from B.Com (H) IInd Year got first position followed by Ms. Renu, Ms. Varsha and Ms. Chanchal from M.Com (P) scoring second position and Ms. Karishma and Mr. Praveen from M.Com (F) scoring third position.

The Quiz was held in three rounds, in which the first two rounds were elimination round and questions were asked from all the three fields as mentioned above. The event concluded with the distribution of prizes to winners and followed by vote of thanks by Ms. Jyoti Jain (Assistant Professor, Dept. of Economics). All the students gave positive feedback for the event and requested to organise more of such event that gives them an opportunity to enhance their general knowledge.
