Employability Skills Development Training Program
Placement Cell, N.B.G.S.M. College, Sohna organized a 10 Days Training program on Employability Skills Development with Rubicon Lifeskills Program, supported by Barclays which aims at improving the employability skills of the youth. It was conducted from 22nd to 31st March 2022. Under this program, Ms. Poonam, Mr. Adarsh and MS. Neeti, faculties and corporate trainers of Rubicon Lifeskills trained the students of our college to enhance their skills which would help them significantly to increase their chance of succeeding in a job interview. It was 20 hours (2 hours per day for 10 days) of virtual training delivered through Zoom platform. In Life Skills training, the following topics were covered: SWOT Analysis, Public Speaking, Presentation Skills, E-mail and Telephone Etiquette, Grooming and Body Language, Group Discussion, Personal Interview etc. Assessment of the students was taken through GD and Mock Interviews. In this program, approx. 200 students from the second and final year participated. Certificate of Participation was also provided to the students by Rubicon
