Two Weeks Online Financial Literacy Training
Placement Cell of N.B.G.S.M. College, Sohna organized a Two Weeks Online Financial Literacy Training program in association with Y4D Foundation which is approved by National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC). From 27th October 2021, the training session of one-hour on daily basis started from 4 pm to 5 pm via Google Meet. Mr. Vikram (Y4D Foundation) was the resource person for the training program in which he explained about various topics like scope of banking, investment types, what should be the behavior of an investor during investment, insurance Plan and their settlement, how to make financial planning, retirement planning, financial advisors, how to use technology and safety to avoid fraud schemes. Total 46 students registered for this program, out of which 25 students cleared the online test taken by Mr. Vikram (Y4D Foundation) on the last day. All 25 students received certificates from Y4D Foundation on the completion of training. The Y4D Foundation also issued a Certificate of Appreciation to the Placement Cell of College for their innovative attempt and co-operation.
It was a thought-provoking experience for students.
