Six Days Online Workshop on “Integrating ICT in Teaching-Learning Process”

Internal Quality Assurance Cell, N.B.G.S.M. College, Sohna has organised a six days workshop (21st April to 27th April 2020) on “Integrating ICT in Teaching-Learning Process” to acquaint the faculty members on various modes of E-learning and other ICT technologies to support the online teaching learning process.

The session began on 21st April (Day 1) by sharing the word of motivation to all the faculty members by Principal, Dr. M.S. Khatri as well as by President of the college Sh. R.S. Manhas ji. In these COVID-19 times where the nation is in a state of lockdown, the education system needs upgradation on account of ICT tools and adopt different strategies to make good of the loss in classroom teaching. Hence, this workshop was conducted in order to train each faculty member in utilizing various tools and measures to overcome this challenge of online teaching. The session was hosted by Dr. Amit Kumar (Coordinator, IQAC) and the resource persons were Mr. Rajnish (Asst. Professor), Ms. Annu Saini (Asst. Professor), Ms. Nirmala (Asst. Professor), Ms. Shilpa (Asst. Professor) and Dr. Surender Kumar (Asst. Professor). The session concluded on day 6 i.e. on 27th April 2020 with a vote of thanks by Dr. Amit Kumar to all the speakers for meticulously preparing their presentations in detail and to all participants for their valuable time.
