Pre-Placement Session on Emotional Intelligence, Interpersonal Skills, Time-Management

Placement Cell, N.B.G.S.M. College, Sohna organized a Pre-Placement session on 13th May 2022 for all the students of second & final year in both campuses. The theme of the session was Emotional Intelligence, Interpersonal Skills & Time-Management. It was held in the presence of Dr. M.S. Khatri, Principal with teaching faculty of the college. The session began with the felicitation ceremony by the Principal Dr. M.S. Khatri. He welcomed the guest speaker Ms. Tulika Deb Mahapatra (consultant training & development, Prabhaav & corporate trainer) by presenting a bouquet.
Dr. M. S. Khatri in his speech motivated the students to pursue higher goals and emphasized that apart from academics, overall development is important for the students to become successful. Thereafter, Ms. Tulika Dev Mahapatra in her talk shared the various aspects of Emotional Intelligence, Time-Management and Interpersonal skills. To make the event more interactive and practical, she explained the concept with the help of some games and short activities. More than 200 students from both campuses attended the session. The session concluded with a vote of thanks presented by Dr. Amit Kumar (Coordinator, SFS Courses, Assistant Professor, Department of Chemistry). Overall, the event was enriched with experience & knowledge for all.
