National Science Day 2018

Department of Science, NBGSM College, Sohna celebrated National Science Day on 10^th March 2018. The students from B.Sc. Ist, IInd and IIrd year enthusiastically participated and presented various 3-D working models. The different models prepared by the students were Line Following Robot, Free Electricity Generating Speed Breaker, Home Automation System, Object Obstacle, Robotic Arm, Claw Machine, JCB, Drone, Laser Protected House, and Hydro Power Plant. The event was graced by the presence of Rev. Bindiya Chhabra ji (Executive President, SNCF) and other dignitaries from the college management who appreciated the efforts made by the students in preparing these models. This was followed by the announcement of results in which Nikhil, Nitin, Sachin, and Gaurav from 1^st Year got the first position followed by Pinky, Amandeep, Deepika, Shivam and Muzahid from 2^nd Year on Second position and for the third position there was a tie between Akash from 3^rd Year and Sonam, Nisha and Renu from 2^nd Year. The program ended with concluding remarks by Mr. Rahul Singh (Asst. Prof. in Physics).
