Inter-Class Competition
Department of Physics, NBGSM College, Sohna has organized an Inter class competition and Environmental Awareness Presentation on 25th September 2019. In which the students of B.Sc. (Non-Medical) participated with great enthusiasm and zeal.
The event started with the motivational words by Dr. S.P. Monga (Senior faculty- Deptt. of Commerce). The event comprised of different competitions, which started with a Powerpoint Presentation on Waste Management in which Ms. Shakshi and Ms. Roshni (students of B.SC. Final year) presented the methods to reduce, recycle and utilize the waste in different ways.
Further an Act was presented by the students of B.Sc. 1st year under the guidance of Ms. Shivani Sharma on the theme of “Beat Plastic Pollution”.
This was followed by a Science Quiz competition in which the quiz master Ms. Diksha (Assistant Professor, Chemistry) asked various questions on science from the teams from B.Sc-I, B.Sc-II and B.Sc-III year. At last a fun activity based on Physics and Chemistry was demonstrated by the students of B.Sc. 2nd year under the supervision of Ms. Anubha Rajput and Ms. Diksha. The winning team for the Science quiz competition was B. Sc. III (Mr. Nikhil Khatana and Mr. Gaurav Dagar).
The event concluded by a vote of thanks by Mr. Rahul Singh (Assistant Professor, Physics).
