Extension lecture on Mental Health
The Extension and Outreach Committee of N.B.G.S.M. College, Sohna organized an Extension Lecture on 27th January 2022 on the topic “Mental Health”. All the students of Govt. Model Sanskriti Sr. Sec. School, Sohna participated in this elucidative program. The event started with the felicitation of guest speaker (Ms. Ruchika Aggarwal). Thereafter, the participants were espoused by the Principal of Government School Sohna.
Ms. Ruchika Aggarwal very well delivered her talk and told to focus on developing environment where we can thrive and reach our optimal potential at work, study and in life. The interesting part about the session was that students were very enthusiastic and also actively participated in the question hour sessions.
