Blood Donation Camp

Friday, 12-04-2017: In the memory of the founder of the college Baba Gurbachan Singh ji Maharaj a Blood Donation Camp was organized by the Red Ribbon Club, in the Alwar Road Campus of Nirankari Baba Gurbachan Singh Memorial College, Sohna from 09:30 AM to 01:00 PM. The Camp was inaugurated by the Chief Guest Dr. Yashpal Bhatia, CEO, Astron Institute of International Studies and Guest of Honour Smt. Krishna ji, Mother of Deputy Commissioner  Gurugram Sh. Amit Khatri, in presence of Rev. R.S. Manhas ji, Rev. Vinod Babbar ji, Treasurer, NBGSM College  and Dr. M.S. Khatri ji, Principal, NBGSM College. Addressing the blood donors Mr. Bhatia said “students are the soul of the society and they should contribute towards this noble cause”. A team of eight doctors and supporting staff led by Dr. Manoj Sharma (Blood Transfusion Officer) from Civil Hospital Gurugram & Shri. Mahesh Gupta, Secretary Red Cross were present to collect the blood units. In this camp students and staff from both campuses of the college participated with vigour and a total number of 65 units of blood were collected.
