Awareness Lecture on HIV/AIDS
Red Ribbon Club, N.B.G.S.M. College, Sohna organized an awareness lecture on HIV/AIDS on 11th December 2021 in observance of World Aids Day in Smart Class Room, City Campus. 80 students attended this session. Firstly, Ms. Neha Gupta, Incharge, Red Cross explained about HIV/AIDS. A documentary film (TeachAids) on HIV/AIDS awareness was showed to the students to enhance their knowledge. India’s First National AIDS Helpline Number- 1097 and NACO AIDS app was also the topic of talk among students. Red Ribbon Human Chain was also formed with the help of students. In the end, Ms. Neha Gupta addressed students and motivated them to spread awareness about HIV/AIDS among their family members, friends and neighbors.
