It is highly significant to work at the root level to let a tree grow magnificently .Baba Gurbachan Singh Ji knew that formal education, worldly knowledge and technical modernity without moral values and spiritual awareness can not make the world an ideal place to live in. He foresaw the dire need of social upliftment alongwith spiritual enlightenment fully realizing that the two are complementary to each other. He took a keen interest in promoting education.

In spite of its testing and tumultuous history, since its very inception the college has successfully passed all the tests of academic excellence and reached the pinnacle of its present glory. Our college is running two faculties i.e. Arts and Commerce along with BBA, BCA and M.Com. Our excellence , not only in academic but also in sports and cultural fields is a subject of envy for other educational institutions in this region. We set the standards and others emulate. A sapling that was planted by Nirankari Baba Gurbachan Singh Ji has now developed into a fully grown wisdom tree. Now our college is spread over two sprawling campuses i.e,. old campus in the city near Sohna Bus stand, and the new campus on the Sohna Alwar Road,The grand new building located in sylvan surroundings is absolutely conductive for academic tastes. The results of our college continue to be excellent year after year. A sizeable number of our students bag meritorious positions in the University examinations and prove that intelligence, diligence and proper guidance can surely produce exemplary results anywhere.

The Management and information technology revolution that was ushered in our country in the early 1990’s spread its wings throughout Haryana state except in this region. Resultantly, young students of this area could not keep pace with the developments in this field. Our great beloved and revered True Master, His Holiness Baba Hardev Singh Ji Maharaj perceived this gap and blessed all of us with the wisdom of starting new courses in the field of information Technology and Management so that the youth of this area can develop matchless skills to compete anywhere in the World. NCR is now the hub of almost all the national and multinational IT Companies and this will provide immediate job opportunities to our students after being trained here.The BCA and BBA courses started for the welfare of the students and needs of the market.

Not only this but to satisfy the growing demand for commerce graduatesin the job market college started another unit of B.Com.course on self-finance basis in 2011. A new lease of life is enthused in the college by including various State of the art facilities in the college.
