Extension Lecture: Social Media Boon or Bane
On 24th December 2021, Extension and Outreach Committee of N.B.G.S.M. College, Sohna under the patronage of Mr. R.S. Manhas, President and Dr. M.S. Khatri, Principal organized an Extension Lecture on ‘Social Media Boon or Bane’.
Ms. Nirmala, Assistant Professor, Department of Commerce conducted the session and discussed in detail that social media is a double-edged sword. Whether it is a boon or bane, it is for the user to decide. It totally depends on how one uses it. Students from Government School, Lalakhedli and Government School, Dumdama participated in these sessions. Two sessions were conducted and around 80 students (40 in each session) attended the session. The students from school visited our college in order to have a great idea about the various facilities, infrastructure and educational system of the college. Students of M.Com. II also volunteered along with the faculty of college in order to get an exposure about the conduction of extension and outreach activity.
