Soft Skill Development Program
Placement Cell, N.B.G.S.M. College, Sohna conducted a 10 Days Workshop on Soft Skill Development with Rubicon’s “Lifeskills” Program supported by Barclays aims at improving the employability skills of the youth. It was conducted from 10th June 2021 to 20th June 2021. Under this program, students were trained by Corporate Trainers- Mr. Kalyan and Mr. Akshay, faculties from Rubicon Lifeskills to enhance their life skills which would help them significantly to increase their chance of succeeding in a job interview. It was 18 hours of virtual training delivered by a Corporate Trainer using Zoom as a platform – training was conducted 2 hours per day for 9 days. In life skills training, the following topics were covered:
- Organizational Structure
- Public Speaking
- Presentation Skills
- E-mail Etiquette
- Grooming
- Group Discussion
- Personal Interview
- Assessment will be conducted on Group Discussion and Personal Interviews.
In this program, 113 students from the second and final year participated and got training. Rubicon Lifeskills pleased to conduct a soft skill training program for our students and they have performed very well in every activity. In last day, feedback form and reviews of the students were also taken through google form and videos. In the end, Ms. Shivani Sharma (Assistant Professor, PDP) shared her feedback and vote of thanks to Rubicon Lifeskills faculties for organizing such knowledgeable program.
