NTA UGC NET Paper 1 Workshop

Department of Economics, N.B.G.S.M.College, Sohna, organized UGC NET Paper 1 Workshop like every yearfor the students of M.Com and M.A. Economicsfrom 15^th April to 08^th May 2021 with the vision and aim to help and provide assistance to the UGC NET aspirants. Initially the classes were commenced offline but due to ongoing pandemic and lockdown, the mode of class shifted toonline. Classes of various Subjects of General Paper i.e., Teaching Aptitude, Research Aptitude, Communication, ICT, Higher Education, People and Environment and Reasoning were conducted via Google Meet. It was held in two session days of one hour each class. These classes were taken by the following faculty members- Dr. Amit Kumar, Mrs. Rohini Jha, Mrs. Nirmala Gaur, Ms. Nikita, Ms. Teena and Ms. Shivani Sharma. Classes were held with the help of power point presentation and assessment of the students was also taken after every class through MCQ based questions. Furthermore, students were also provided with study material and PDF book of Paper one. Every staff member put their best effort to help and assist students. Around 20 Students who are preparing for the NETexam attended the classes every day. After completion of classes, an Online Mock Test of onehour was conducted on 11^th May to assess the progress of students. In the end, students gave their positive feedback and showed their gratitude towards college for organizing such helpful and knowledgeable workshop.
