Inauguration of Paramedical Courses
As envisioned by Baba Hardev Singh Ji Maharaj & under the guidance of Rev. Bindiya Chhabra ji, a Centre of vocational Paramedical courses was started on 1st August 2018 at city campus of Nirankari Baba Gurbachan Singh Memorial College, Sohna in collaboration with Astron Institute of International Studies (AIIS). The inauguration was done by Rev. M.C. Nagpal, President, Governing Body, and Dr. Y.P. Bhatia, Chairman and Managing Director, AIIS, in presence of Dr. Neeru Bhatia Executive Director, AIIS, Dr. Ashish Bhatia Chief Operating Officer, AIIS, Dr. Ghausia Khan, Dean, AIIS, Rev. R.S. Manhas, Executive President, NBGSM College, Rev. Vinod Babbar, Treasurer, NBGSM College, and Dr. M.S. Khatri, Principal, NBGSM College.
All the Paramedical diploma courses viz. Medical Laboratory Technician, Radiology Technician, Cardiac Care Technician, Operation Theatre Technician, Dialysis Technician, Medical Records and Health Information Technician, are one / two year courses which are recognised by AIIS/Indian Medical Association and are empanelled under Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojna.
The programs in Healthcare Administration and Allied Studies from American and British Universities would also be provided. The centre also facilitates MBBS from Russian & Caribbean Universities. In addition, the centre also facilitates work visa supported courses in New Zealand.
The objective of starting these short term job oriented courses is to provide vocation training so that those students, who donot pursue high education after 12th class, are able to take up jobs after a year’s course. Those who wish to go abroad could also opt for international courses at an affordable cost.
