Online Session “Animate with PowerPoint”
“Extra-curricular activities help students to learn about themselves and develop and use their skills and knowledge in different contexts.” In this regard, N.B.G.S.M. College, Sohna is playing an important role by conducting such activities for the development of the students’ technical skills. On 4th June 2021, Department of Computer (SFS) N.B.G.S.M College, Sohna organized an online session on the topic “Animate with PowerPoint”. The session was conducted by Ms. Shilpa Juneja, Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Applications. She firstly introduced MS-PowerPoint and further gave detailed explanation of “Animation in PowerPoint”. She gave practical examples of animation tools used in MS-PowerPoint 2016 by sharing screen with the students to make concept clear. Her approach included animation on shapes, text which helped students to understand how to animate various objects in a simple way. 40 students were present in the session. They raised many queries during session. This session was very beneficial for the students in excelling their skills in IT. It was very interesting and informative session.
